Job Description
Under broad supervision, oversees, coordinates and implements all proposed project evaluation activities. Is responsible for the day-to-day oversight of project evaluation and activities such as, project logic models, all data collection and tools, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, report writing, articles and presentations. Responsible for integrity and management of project evaluation data. Serves as a liaison to external evaluator. Collaborate with project health educators (nutrition and physical activity) and community outreach specialist to develop monthly and annual program reports to share with stakeholders. (This is grant funded position.)

Minimum Qualifications
Master’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Two years of experience performing work related to area of assignment OR Bachelor’s degree in a related field from an accredited college or university AND Five years of experience performing work related to area of assignment OR One year of experience at the lower level Healthcare Prgm Consultant 2 (HCP091) or position equivalent. Note: Some positions may require licensure.

Additional Information
In addition to the minimum qualifications, preference will be given to applicants who possess a master’s degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, or Biostatistics with experience in public health program evaluation with strong statistical analysis skills (SPSS, SAS), public health policy development and/or evaluation, and using qualitative and quantitative methods and knowledge of GIS Mapping.
