Job Description

This position is located at the DeKalb County Board of Health – North DeKalb Health Center.

Job Responsibilities
Under direct supervision, answers customer problems and inquiry calls. Records problem history information. Performs first level problem determination and resolution.

Minimum Qualifications
High school diploma or GED AND Six months of full-time work experience providing customer support or technical assistance.

Additional Information
In addition to the minimum qualifications, preference will be given to applicants with front/back office experience, and any Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) experience is a plus.
